Healing begins when survival mode is no longer the way you live.

I'm Latise.

— A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience helping high-functioning adults move through burnout, chronic stress, trauma responses, and life transitions that leave them feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves.

I use an integrative, mind-body approach that combines evidence-based therapies like EMDR, Brainspotting, and trauma-focused CBT with nervous system-informed work focused on helping clients move out of survival mode and into a more grounded relationship with themselves.  Together, we work to release old survival patterns, calm the nervous system, and rebuild a sense of self that feels authentic and whole.

Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but internally overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected. They are often the ones others rely on the most, but rarely have space to slow down, process, or be supported themselves.

I work in-person (Fort Mill, SC) AND virtually with clients in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, supporting them as they reconnect with themselves, clarify their goals, and create lives that feel aligned with who they truly are.

And I'm here to help you.

I know how it feels to be stuck in roles, responsibilities, and expectations that leave you constantly “on,” even when you’re exhausted underneath. Therapy with me is not just about coping; it’s about helping you step out of survival mode and reconnect with yourself in a more sustainable way of living.

What guides my work is the relationship we build together. My style is collaborative, grounded, and deeply attuned to both emotional and nervous system experiences.  I meet clients where they are, at their pace, and create a space where healing feels real, relatable, and human.

MORE LIFE. MOORE LIFE.

The name of my practice reflects the pursuit of a fuller, more intentional life, not one defined by survival mode, but by alignment, presence, and self-connection.

Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about reading (I'm in 3 book clubs), working out, exploring new restaurants, spending time with family and friends—and yes, a little shopping too!
