Healing starts with one small pivot.

I'm Latise.
— A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience helping adults move through anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and life transitions.
I guide my clients with an integrative, mind-body approach—combining evidence-based therapies like EMDR, Brainspotting, and TF-CBT with practical, real-life strategies. Together, we work to release old survival patterns, calm the nervous system, and rebuild a sense of self that feels authentic and whole.
I work in-person (Fort Mill, SC) AND virtually with clients in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, supporting them as they reconnect with themselves, clarify their goals, and create lives that feel aligned with who they truly are.
And I'm here to help you.
I know how hard it is to feel stuck in roles, responsibilities, and expectations that leave you exhausted. I’ve been there myself. Therapy with me is about more than coping—it’s about reclaiming your power, returning to your body, and finding your own path to a softer, more intentional life.
What guides my work is the relationship we build together. My style is down-to-earth, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I meet clients where they are, at their pace, and create a space where healing feels real, relatable, and human.
MORE LIFE. MOORE LIFE.
The name of my practice reflects the pursuit of a richer, fuller life—on your terms. Here, you get to define what that means for you.
Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about reading, working out, exploring new restaurants, spending time with family and friends—and yes, a little shopping too!
