Invest in yourself. Your Mental Health Matters.

Therapy is not just a weekly appointment. It is a structured space to slow down, understand what is happening internally, and begin moving out of survival mode.

For many of the clients I work with, this is not about quick fixes. It is about creating lasting change in patterns of burnout, chronic stress, and emotional exhaustion.

This is an investment in your nervous system, your clarity, and your relationship with yourself.

Private Pay

I am a private pay provider and do not accept insurance.

This allows for a more personalized and flexible approach to care, without requiring a diagnosis for insurance purposes or limiting the depth, focus, or pace of our work.

This model supports deeper therapeutic work, especially for clients navigating burnout, identity shifts, and long-standing survival patterns.

Session Rates:

  • Initial Intake Session – $200

  • 60-minute session – $170

  • 90-minute session – $255

Why Private Pay Matters

Insurance-based therapy often requires a diagnosis, treatment limitations, and ongoing documentation that can restrict the therapeutic process.

Private pay allows us to focus on:

  • your lived experience, not just symptom labels

  • deeper exploration of patterns and survival responses

  • flexibility in pacing therapy based on your needs

  • more personalized and responsive care

This creates space for therapy that is more intentional, sustained, and aligned with your goals.

How Payment Works

Payment is due on the day of your session. I accept Visa and HSA/FSA cards via IVY Pay (think PayPal for therapists). A credit card is required to be on file to schedule sessions.

What You are Investing in

Therapy here is designed to support more than symptom relief. It supports long-term change in how you relate to yourself, your stress, and your patterns.

You are investing in:

  • moving out of survival mode and chronic overwhelm

  • understanding and shifting long-standing emotional patterns

  • nervous system regulation and internal grounding

  • clarity around identity, roles, and life transitions

  • a more connected and sustainable way of living
